Below is a list of requirements for shipping your belongings to and from the island. Please ensure you have the necessary supplies packed for your return trip. These requirements will be strictly enforced.

CORRECT SIZE BIN / FUEL SURCHARGE We have three bin sizes: 15 gal, 27 gal, and 40 gal. Bins that fall outside of these sizes will be charged $3 per gallon difference. For example, if you bring a 50-gallon bin, you will be charged $3 x 10 gallons = $30 additional as a fuel surcharge.

NO BULGING BINS Bins that are bulging and difficult to stack will not be allowed. Bulging bins cause serious issues during transport. If your bin is bulging, you will be required to purchase an empty bin to repack for safe shipping. Limited half-sized bins will be available for sale on-site. ZIPTIES / LOOSE ITEM BUNDLES All bins are required to be ziptied shut with a minimum of 4 ties per box. All loose items, including chairs, tables, and tents, must be secured and not openable. Make sure everything is tied up. Items that are not properly secured have a greater chance of breaking or injuring those packing the truck. Rope, zipties, and plastic wrap are all acceptable ways to bundle your items for secure transport.

LABELS All items must be labeled on all sides with the following information:

• YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME (NOT BURNER NAME)

• HOME ADDRESS

• CELL PHONE NUMBER (the number that will be used on the island)

• EMAIL (the email that will be used on the island)

• CAMP NAME

Labels must have clear, legible writing, preferably typed, and firmly secured to your bins or items. Items without proper labeling will not be loaded onto the truck. Make sure this information is securely attached to your belongings both ways.
